Blepharoplasty is the surgical
removal of excess fat tissues under
the eyes or excess tissue over the

If the problem is only fat deposits
in the eye, the incision may be made
on the inside of the lower eyelid.
The operation takes one or two hours
under normal circumstances. For both
eyelids if incisions are placed,
very small stitches are placed which
are moved in one weeks' time.
